Chakloon Chat

Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Chakloon Chat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to everyone who uses the service, in private chats, groups and channels alike. They are published by Haydamax OÜ (registry code 17351554, Tallinn, Estonia).

Who may use the service

Accounts are issued only to people aged 18 or over. We ask for a date of birth at registration and refuse the account if it shows the person is a minor. An account we find to belong to a minor is closed.

What is forbidden

Reporting inside the app

Every message and every conversation carries a Report action, and every person can be blocked. Reports about children reach us with the highest priority. You can also write to child-safety@chakloon.com or abuse@chakloon.com. Nothing has to be forwarded to us as evidence: send the report, we look at the conversation ourselves.

What we do about it

Point of contact

Our designated contact for child safety matters, including questions from regulators and from Google: child-safety@chakloon.com. Messages to that address reach the people who operate the service directly.

Compliance

We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. These standards are reviewed at least once a year, and whenever the service changes in a way that affects them.
