Terms of Use

Chakloon Chat is provided by Haydamax OÜ (registry code 17351554, Tallinn, Estonia). By using the app or the web client you accept these terms.

Who may use it

People aged 18 or over, with a Chakloon ID. One person, one account; you are responsible for what happens under yours, so keep the password to yourself.

What you may not do

Anything against our Child Safety Standards.
Threats, harassment, incitement to violence or hatred against people.
Content that is illegal where you are or where we operate, and content that infringes someone else's rights.
Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, malware, phishing, or scraping the service with automated clients.
Breaking the service, or trying to reach data that is not yours.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your messages and media and to deliver them to the people you send them to.

Moderation

Every message and conversation can be reported, and every person can be blocked. We remove content and close accounts that break these terms, and we say why when we can. Repeated or severe breaches end the account without warning.

The service as it is

Chakloon Chat is free and is provided as it is: we do not promise that it will be available without interruption or that no message will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of what matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or stop the service, giving notice in the app where we can.

Law and contact

Estonian law applies; disputes go to the courts of Estonia. Write to us at support@chakloon.com.
